Does the idea of having or making more money make you feel queasy?

So, why is that?

All the sayings you heard when you were growing up were other peoples hang ups.  It’s really ok to be wealthy and you should not allow other peoples issues get to you.  Maybe, they meant well, but these really don’t serve you or anyone.

Do any of these sound familiar?

    • Money doesn’t buy happiness

A healthy relationship with your finances is just as important as a relationship with people because those who make more money can live comfortably and can even help with causes that mean something to you.  Some people may think it’s not spiritual or will change you, but facts are that it takes cold hard cash to live.

Most of all, if you want to make more, you should take the first step and accept that it’s ok to have it.

The pursuit of cash is not the only answer.  There’s more to life than that.  Life is about the journey.  Enjoying life, making a difference, discovering a purpose and finding joy.

For me, my family comes first, then money.  Why?  There’s nothing wrong with it.  While living in America, having cash is a necessity of life.  You need a place to live which costs, MONEY.   Food to live, which costs, MONEY.  You want to give your kids things that you didn’t have when you were their age, which costs, you guessed it, MONEY.  And you want your kids to go to college, which costs, MONEY.  And on and on and on.

If you’re like most you’re not lazy, you are willing to earn a good income, you work hard.  Somehow, you’ve held down a job and you earn a good living from your efforts.  So why not get rewarded from your own efforts and work around your own schedule?  Almost everywhere you look you see people wishing that they could work AND spend more time at home.

Besides a job what else can you do to earn an income?  The Internet offers a wealth of opportunities.  Nowadays, a home based or online business that can be started with a small investment is a reality.

Furthermore, think about what kind of home business is right for you.  Do some research.  What are you interested in?  What kind of business do people need?  Is there a market for the product or service?  Finally, your skills, interest and abilities should contribute to your business choice.

The rewards and advantages of working for yourself are limitless.

Success is having the courage to begin!
