Fire your boss, what a concept? 

If you really love your job, I’m truly happy for you but maybe you need to supplement income by making money online.  If you do, maybe you dream of quitting your job.

The fact is most people go to a job they dislike or work for a boss they can’t stand because the fact is, they need money to take care of the family and pay the bills.  So, they suffer through day after day.  How would it feel if you could fire your boss?

The prospect of going out on your own can be “unsecure”.  Nowadays having a job is not as secure as it may have seemed years ago.  Do you know anyone that was suddenly let go.  How fast would a company replace you if it was in their best interest?

If you’re like the most, you’d rather not have a job. Maybe you dream of the day you can quit and work for yourself.

How can you make that happen?

• • Decide: What’s next?  Do you want another job in the same field?  Another job in a different industry or do you want to start your own online business to make money online.  Whichever option you choose there are different paths to go down.  Regardless of which path the one thing in common is YOU and you should invest in YOU.
  • Grow your mind: And add new skills.  Make it a habit to read every day or learn something new on YouTube.  Learn something new.  Attend a seminar or hire a coach or mentor.
  • Personal development: Focus on your goal by meditating or visualizing what you want.  Listen to an inspiring podcast.  Talk nicely to yourself.  Sometimes in your head you’re your own worst critic.  Keep it positive.

• • Network: Start talking to people whether you want a new job or are starting a new business.  Chances are someone you know, knows someone who knows someone who can help.
  • Take Action: When all your ducks are in a row, it’s time to resign with dignity.  You may dream of leaving in the most epic way, but you don’t want to burn any bridges and wouldn’t you rather be treated with respect?  So, the right thing to do is to treat others respectfully too.
